A Small Transformation and DIY project

I am participating in Kimba's DIY Thursday and Gina's Transformation Thursday parties.

I found this at His House and they man only charged me .50 they are starting to 'know' me and that's scary.
It had a scary looking flower arrangement in it that I pulled out before I even got it in the house.

I spray painted it black and put these Fall looking flowers in it and hung it in my kitchen.

Here is it's new home and I can see that the motif will change from season moodto season mood.

Thanks for stopping in!!! And please don't forget to check out Transformation Thursday and DIY Day for more great ideas.

Once again, miracle in a can (spray paint) has transformed an... um, dare I say ugly item into something fabulous. Thanks for the inspiration.

Love spray paint!!

I wanted to respond to your question on my blog about printing numbers have to use a photo program to do my suggestion is this. Print the numbers out on a fairly thin sheet of paper, then you can trace them on the back (where they are already backwards...) It's the cheaters way to do it. :-)
