I am joining Kimba's DIY Thursday link party.
Stop on over there and check out other great ideas!
I forgot to take a picture of the tray before, but it was painted a lighter shade and you can see the blue design in the middle. I just didn't go with the rest of my decor, so I decided to change it up.
I sprayed it with Heirloom white, sanded the edges and then wiped stain on the sanded part to give it a distressed look.

Very nice tray transformation! I have a couple that I need to get busy on. Jackie
Very cute! I want to do some projects like that, but the last thing we need is more "stuff"....
very cute and I love those plates too!
I have a tray waiting for a make-over and I have some pretty scrapbook paper. I do believe I will try it.
Yours turned out lovely.
Love it! It's funny, a good friend came over last night to craft and she crafted a serving tray just like that! She did something different but I love the scrapbook paper idea! - Ashley - shanty2chic
Good job...its so cute now! I used the same paper for a project last night!
Nancy

What a great little re-do, thanks for sharing!
Don't you just love trays? I have a been buying these cute trays from yard sales and Goodwill and remaking them for a bazaar I do every November. Click on my link to see one that I made over.
